In case you aren't aware, the Billboard is just like a classified section of a newspaper or a billboard at a school or local grocery. You can request all sorts of things from others, from threads, to other characters, to cookies... well. Cookies aside, everything but a graphics request, or a commissioned writing, can be requested in this board. The aforementioned requests have their respective boards.
