Yeah, I know, little late to make a topic about this now when I've already made the account and posted the application.. Anyways, I was curious: The character that I wish to roleplay as is Gothmog, the Morgul Lieutenant, but he is more Movie-Based then he is Book-Based(Haven't read them, but I have read that the name was mentioned in one sentence only and that nobody knows what the heck he is). Is this alright? And about this Endor Stuff. Can Movie-Based characters upgrade to Endor or do they have to be purely Book-Based? Not asking to be upgraded now, Just want to know if it is possible to do so if I do want to upgrade eventually.. And what all does upgrading to Endor do? Can you do various things that a Non-Endorion can't do? Also, what about various other characters from Lord of the Rings Online? Such as Mordirith, the Steward of Angmar? Or the characters that you've made on there yourself? I would like to try and bring my Elf-Hunter in for some Roleplaying, but she is a female, and from what I've read, Female Elves don't really do much fighting? Yes, I know, I don't make much sense.

Hm, interesting questions! Your character can be movie-based, book-based, game-based, made up yourself, or what have you. However, this will only be a Middle-earth level character. The Endore title/section is for those people who would like to play more advanced and canon characters. We have (and have had) many people who love the lore of the books and want their characters to be as close to something you might find in the books. The writing style must also be quality, as a courtesy to canon, the fandom, and your fellow role players. I hope this answers your questions!
