Ahh, yes, Gothmog. The most hated orc in the whole film trilogy of Lord of the Rings.. Hello! I am Kraken Guard and I will be roleplaying as everyone's most-hated orc from Lord of the Rings: Return of the King: Gothmog! Yup, that's the one. Not many people really like him, but I think he's a cool character.. ;D But enough about me: Let's talk about plots! Would anyone be interested in being besieged by a bunch of orcs roleplaying with Gothy? Unfortunately, I'm not really much of a plot person(Come on, Kraken Guard, think! This isn't Walt Disney World, this is Middle-Earth. Think of something that Gothmog would do..) Shall I have him lead a bunch of orcs over to, say, Mirkwood or Lothlorian and plan to take the place down? Raid a village? Or are there any that are willing to lead an ambush before he does something bad? Unless there is actually something that doesn't involve death and destruction(I rather doubt it.. ).. So, are there any that are interested in plotting and roleplaying with Gothmog, the Lieutenant of Morgul?

I could RP with Arohtar and Morwen, or if you want to wait a bit, I'm making a new character. She's a human girl, and she lives in Gondor. But she will be off on her own. If you have any ideas for a plot, just let me know.

Whoever you want. But if you would like to know, I would kinda feel more comfortable if it would take place somewhere in or near Gondor, so I can wait if you want. But as I said: Whoever you want. But i'm afraid that's all that I can think of when it comes to plots: I'm sorta used to having someone wandering around the parks of Walt Disney World, but I know this is nowhere near or like WDW(Strange, huh?). Can't really think of anything else that Gothy'll do, besides wreak havoc on villages, besiege great capitals or torment those who are being held captive. Wowy, i'm roleplaying as one demented character.. And please, if there are more people interested, feel free to drop by!

I think I'm better at creating plots than I am at actually writing (which I guess isn't too hard since I'm not to great ). I wouldn't mind making my character a bit evil for a change so if you want you can recruit me (although I don't know if people on this site would like the idea of a lone elf joining the orcs). If that doesn't float your boat just say and I'll try and think up something else whilst you two think too. Out of experience though I've found plots that are made up as they go along a lot easier than writing to a specific story that's created beforehand.

Sure, if it's okay with those on the site! It might actually prove a bit interesting if an elf joined up with orcs(Gothmog'll not be a happy camper, but he's so much fun to pick on!) But you say that improvising plots is alot easier? If that's the case, then I might leave it at that(But if you are still interested in plotting, then oky doky . Yeah, I agree that plots being made up are alot easier.. ;D

I agree with Kraken that it should take place in Gondor. Is that alright with you, Daygon?
Maybe we should let things go with the flow, but there should be some reason why each character is there. My character could be out either by herself, or with her brother. Possibly on their way to visit a relative, or to sell supplies. Their travels could take them nearer to Mordor, which may prove useful.

Gondor sounds fine to me . I'm thinking maybe Daygon starts to feel weird (evil taking over), collapses even then when he wakes up he realizes he is now in Gondor with an Orc staring at him with a wicked smile. Daygon kills the Orc but gets ambushed by more (Gothmog's crew), he is taken to him and decides to join as he realizes how much power they have...

Gothmog probably won't take Daygon in so easily(What with being an elf and all), but it could work. As I said before: It could be kinda interesting seeing an elf team up with orcs, even if it might be temporary.
But, would there be any reason for Gothmog to do so? Recruit an elf?

Well Daygon knows the Forests of Lórien like the back of his hand which could always come in handy.
Or maybe he could enslave Daygon (they work something out over time).
Ermm... Gothmog's Orcs could all get killed leaving only the two of them.
I have to go now but if you like any of those ideas then say, otherwise I'll try and think of something else unless one of you have a suggestion.

Well, I wouldn't say all of them. Maybe he could kill a good amount of orcs, which leaves Gothmog thinking "He might prove useful". But i'm kinda leaning toward the enslavement idea. It might be difficult, but i'm sure they could work something out.. EDIT: Just saw that part.. ;D That could also work.

I'm happy with anything. Probably would be a better idea to figure out how Arohtar/Hravendal meets us (I'm presuming we meet first for some reason :S).

Hravendal could be traveling with her brother to deliver or sell something. They hear/see the orcs coming, and hide somewhere nearby.
From there, we have to decide if the orcs see them and attack, or if they remain unseen, and what they do about it.

Well we can probably figure that out when the time comes (just to suit the situation).
Shall we get the ball rolling now or flesh out this plan some more?

It seems like it's pretty good and ready, all we have to do is wait for Hravendal's app. to get approved.
Who should start the topic? ;D

It could really be any of us who start the topic. But maybe Daygon should, so he can explain how he got recruited by orcs.

Hmm maybe not... I don't know much about Gondor so it's hard for me to start the topic since I can't describe the place (sorry).

It's okay.
Kraken, do you want to start, or should I post once the app gets approved?

Doesn't matter. I can start the topic if you want. Let me ponder over some things. If I don't start it up by the time you're app is approved, I shall let you start it.
