The treaty has been upheld for centuries. No one has dared to break it, fore total chaos would erupt were it to be broken. Human lives would be tossed away by the thousand, through a feud between two forces so powerful, so dangerous, that they had to go into hiding. Now, only the government knows of their existence, and the threat they pose.

Half human, half beasts wander our lands unknown by most. They exist in plain daylight, and communicate with us daily… but we are unaware. Lycanthropes, half human, half wolf. They are more commonly known as werewolves, creatures only known in horror films and fiction novels. Teeth as powerful as stone; senses as great as the finest hunter. They exist; some are our friends and families, our enemies and strangers…

Soldiers of the night, who fear the sun above all else, even their great living enemies; lycanthropes. Their strength is legendary, and their powers are feared; vampyres. Their cunning is unmatched; they are the hidden force that controls the lives of many mortals. Vampyres hide within the shade, and strike within the darkness. They elegant and graceful, masters in the art of deception.

But, what if this isn’t how these monsters really are? What if they’re civilized and have emotions. What if they aren’t the monsters we make them out to be and we have no reason to fear them? They live in peace with us, but we are ignorant of their existence. This is what the government has chosen. They believe people are better to be left unaware, then in fear of these so called beasts. Besides, they have nothing to fear, the treaty has kept them unknowingly safe for centuries.

But, what if the treaty was broken? What would happen? Would the world around us dissolve into the chaos that has been promised? It’s time we found out.

A rogue lycanthrope wanders the city streets, crazed and rabid. He has nearly no control of what he does when the werewolf state takes over him. He cannot sense good or evil; all he can do is kill and destroy. The rogue wanders the streets; he doesn’t understand what he has become. Sometimes, even this rogue is unaware of his own actions. His mind is unbalanced, which often causes him to lose control and become the beast.

These actions are causing problems, and the government is getting uneasy. This rogue has caused a lot of damage, now it’s only a matter of time until the treaty is broken. He has attacked and killed the innocent, and the government is tired of covering it up. Can the lycanthropes intervene before it’s too late, or will someone else step in first?

Now, the lycanthropes are left with a choice: Do they eliminate one of their own? Or will they defend their own?
